RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

Return Window
Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused

  • Original tags must be intact

  • Original packaging must be available

  • No stains, perfume, washing, or damage

All returns are subject to inspection and approval by Amara Fashion.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered products

  • Accessories (unless defective)

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed after quality inspection

  • Timeline: 7–10 business days

  • Refund will be issued to the original payment method

Reverse Shipping
Reverse shipping charges will apply unless the product received is defective.

Defective Products
If you receive a defective or damaged item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos

We may offer replacement, repair, or refund based on availability and in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
